Struggling with tight hips, limited rotation, or back pain?

Improve how your body moves so your swing feels easier, more controlled, and more consistent — with simple, golf-specific movement.

Who I work with:

My work helps golfers:

  • improve rotation for a smoother, more effortless swing

  • release tight hips, back, and shoulders

  • build balance, stability and control

  • play without aches or fatigue during the round

  • stay active and enjoying golf for longer

    No yoga experience needed!

I help everyday golfers who want to feel more comfortable and confident in their movement, and enjoy the golf more.

Especially helpful for:

  • women starting golf or returning after time away

  • senior golfers who want to stay active and playing comfortably

  • golfers feeling stiff, restricted, or lacking confidence in their body

My approach

Simple, practical, and designed for real golfers.

I combine golf specific movement, mobility and strength to help your body support a more consistent, comfortable swing.

No complicated routines - just what your body need to move and feel better during a round of golf.

Why It Works

Most golfers don’t struggle because of technique alone, but because their body feels tight, restricted, or unbalanced.

When your body moves better, your swing becomes easier, more repeatable, and less forced.

For Golf Clubs

Stronger golfers. Happier members. A club that stands out.

Support your players with golf-specific movement sessions, player development workshops, and tailored programmes designed to improve performance, confidence, and long-term participation.

Particularly effective for engaging women and senior members, supporting retention and helping golfers stay active and playing for longer.

Your Questions, Answered

Do I need to be flexible or have yoga experience?

No. The Golf Yoga Method is designed for real golfers, not yogis. Every session is accessible, beginner-friendly, and focused on improving how you move for your swing.

Will this actually help my golf game?

Yes. Sessions target the foundations of a strong, consistent swing — mobility, rotation, balance, strength, and body awareness. Most golfers feel a difference in their movement and comfort within just a few sessions.

What do I need to get started?

Just comfortable clothing and a golf club. All movements are tailored to your level, and any equipment needed for class will be provided.
