I’ve been practising yoga for more than 25 years, and I know firsthand how transformative the right movement can be. In my late thirties, over a decade ago, severe sciatica left me struggling to move comfortably. After trying multiple treatments without lasting change, it was consistent, mindful movement that helped me rebuild strength, reduce pain, and feel confident in my body again.
That experience shaped the way I work today. It showed me how capable the body can be when it’s supported properly — and how deeply movement influences how we play, move, and feel.
It’s what inspired me to train as a yoga teacher and, later, to specialise in working with golfers. I saw how many players were limited not by technique, but by tightness, restricted mobility, and movement patterns their bodies couldn’t maintain over 18 holes.
To deepen my understanding of the golf swing, I trained with Katherine Roberts, founder of Yoga for Golfers® — a method grounded in functional movement and golf biomechanics, and used by PGA and LPGA professionals worldwide. Her approach forms the foundation of my work.
Today, I help golfers improve mobility, rotation, balance, strength, and body awareness so they can move better, swing better, and stay in the game for longer. My approach is clear, accessible, and designed for real people — no flexibility or yoga experience required.

My training is grounded in yoga, functional movement, and the biomechanics of the golf swing. I’ve spent years studying how the body moves — and how mobility, strength, and awareness translate directly into better performance and fewer injuries for golfers.
