Hellen is a specialist Golf Yoga coach who works with golfers to improve mobility, rotation and movement patterns that support an efficient golf swing, while helping to reduce the risk of injury.

Combining an understanding of golf swing biomechanics with yoga-based movement, Hellen’s sessions focus on improving flexibility, balance, focus and core activation to help golfers move more freely, generate more power and enjoy the game for longer.
